Payment through the web shop is made by PayPal. You can pay simply and securely by credit or debit card through PayPal without having to open a PayPal account. I do not have access to your bank or credit card details, which are processed through PayPal's secure server.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer please select the 'Bank Transfer' option and use your order number as the payment reference. Your jewellery will be dispatched on receipt of cleared funds.
Most pieces are made to order. and sent out to you within one week, unless otherwise specfied. If you need something more urgently, just let me know and I will do my best to make sure your jewellery reaches you in good time.
When goods are delivered outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that I have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
To return an item, for whatever reason, please email me or fill out the returns form within 14 days of receipt of your jewellery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to me.
Specially commissioned or personalised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
For your own protection, I recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return your parcel. I cannot accept responsibility for postage or customs fees, or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.

In the unikely event that the items you receive are faulty, I will of course refund the cost of returning the item to me.
All jewellery is made to order from natural materials, meaning that no two items are ever exactly alike; this adds to its unique appeal. However, the jewellery you receive will match the product description and photograph as closely as possible.
