Payment Methods

PayPal

Payment through the web shop is made by PayPal. You can pay simply and securely by credit or debit card through PayPal without having to open a PayPal account. I do not have access to your bank or credit card details, which are processed through PayPal’s secure server.

Credit card via Stripe payments

I collect credit card payment securely through Stripe

Payment in pounds sterling can be made by bank transfer to:

Cheque

If you are unable to pay by another method, I accept cheques in pounds sterling.  Please email me for details.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns

  • To return an item, for whatever reason, please email me within 14 days of receipt of your jewellery.  I will provide you with the returns address. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to me.
  • Please package the item safely, using the original packaging if possible.  For your own protection, I recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return your parcel. I cannot accept responsibility for postage or customs fees, or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
  • In the unikely event that the items you receive are faulty, I will of course refund the cost of returning the item to me.
  • Specially commissioned or personalised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged. Do get in touch if you have any concerns and I’ll do everything I can to make it right.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please email me within 14 days of receipt of your jewellery and let me know what you would like to exchange it for.  I will let you know if the items is in stock, and if not how long it will take to produce.  I will provide you with the returns address. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to me.
  • Once I have received your jewellery I will invoice/ refund you for the difference in price if applicable, plus postage.
  • Please package the item safely, using the original packaging if possible.  For your own protection, I recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return your parcel. I cannot accept responsibility for postage or customs fees, or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
  • Specially commissioned or personalised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged. Do get in touch if you have any concerns and I’ll do everything I can to make it right.

Shipping

Shipping is free of charge within the UK, free worldwide on purchases over £150

General delivery information

  • The time that an items takes to prepare for shipping can vary and is given on each product page.  This is in addition to shipping time.
  • Please note that shipping times are estimates.
  • Once your order ships I will send you a link so that you can track your item.
  • I cannot accept responsibility for postage or customs fees, or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.

Natural Variations

My jewellery is made to order or produced in small batches from natural materials

This means that no two items are ever exactly alike, which makes each piece unique and special. However, the jewellery you receive will match the product description and photograph as closely as possible.
