Payment through the web shop is made by PayPal. You can pay simply and securely by credit or debit card through PayPal without having to open a PayPal account. I do not have access to your bank or credit card details, which are processed through PayPal’s secure server.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer please select the ‘Bank Transfer’ option and use your order number as the payment reference. Your jewellery will be dispatched on receipt of cleared funds.

To return an item, for whatever reason, please email me within 14 days of receipt of your jewellery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to me.
For your own protection, I recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return your parcel. I cannot accept responsibility for postage or customs fees, or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
Once you have packaged the item safely, please send it back to the following address:

In the unikely event that the items you receive are faulty, I will of course refund the cost of returning the item to me.
Specially commissioned or personalised jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

All jewellery is made to order from natural materials, meaning that no two items are ever exactly alike; this adds to its unique appeal. However, the jewellery you receive will match the product description and photograph as closely as possible.

When goods are delivered outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that I have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
