Warranty and Repairs

I make my jewellery with care and attention and hope you will enjoy wearing it for years to come.

My warranty covers manufacturer’s defects that occur within the first 2 years.  If a repair is not possible, a replacement will be provided.

The warranty does not include loss, or any damage deemed to result from improper wear or storage.  Any repair work carried out by another jeweller will void the warranty.

Any repairs that do not fall within the scope of the warranty will be quoted for on a case-by-case basis.  I also offer a re-plating service.
